Shipping & Returns
All of our gift boxes are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service at the flat rate of $6.99 per box. Delivery time is typically around three business days. All orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt as long as there is no problem regarding the order (i.e. delivery address issues, product questions, etc.). Orders received on Fridays, during holidays, or over the weekend, will be shipped the next business day.
Orders of multiple boxes being shipped to a single address may be shipped via UPS unless requested otherwise by the customer at the time of order.
Please note: We DO NOT ship to jails, prisons, correctional facilities or detention centers of any kind, due to their policies.
Boxes returned due to being unclaimed, refused or because of an incorrect/invalid address as well as those refused from a correctional facility of any kind will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee applies only to non-perishable items. Due to our inability to resell food items, we cannot issue a refund for them. In addition, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded. If the address error is determined to be on our end, this fee will be waived.
If you or your recipient are not happy with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on returning the box. You will be asked to return the box with all of its contents within 15 days of receipt, along with a note telling us why you are returning the box. Upon receipt and review of the box, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method, less the original shipping charge.
